We work on a distributed and flexible basis, pulling together a team of our staff, freelancers and partner organisations to fulfil the needs of each project. To manage our projects we use 'Agile' methods to varying degrees, depending on the fit with the clients procurement process and ways of working. On all our projects we use Open Source tools, particularly Drupal - and aim to contribute back to these communities as part of our commercial activities. These working methods lead to our simple company values: Agile & Open.
